Full Members

Eligibility:

• Citizen or permanent resident of a Global South country.
• Living or working in a Global South country.
• Master’s degree or higher.

Participation and representation

• Recognized members of GLOSO Labs.
• May list GLOSO Labs as an affiliation.
• Full participation in member spaces, working groups, and collaborative activities.

Associate Affiliates

Eligibility:

• Citizen or permanent resident of a Global South country.
• Living or working in a Global South country.
• Do not yet hold a Master’s degree.

Participation and representation:

• Participants in the GLOSO Labs scholarly network.
• Participation in discussions, working groups, and mentoring activities.
• May list GLOSO Labs on a CV as a scholarly network or research community.
• GLOSO Labs should not be listed as a primary institutional affiliation.

Interns and Research Trainees

Eligibility:

• Citizen or permanent resident of a Global South country.
• Undergraduate or postgraduate students.
• Recent graduates or independent researchers.

Participation and representation:

• Time-bound participation linked to specific projects or labs.
• Engagement focused on research support, training, and skill development.
• May list GLOSO Labs as a research internship or training experience.

Eligibility:

• Citizen or permanent resident of a Global North country.
• Typically PhD holders or senior researchers.

Participation and representation:

• Engagement on a project-by-project basis.
• Collaboration limited to specific research, workshops, or publications
• GLOSO Labs may not be listed as an institutional affiliation
